Sister Simone Campbell, the author of A Nun on the Bus: How All of Us Can Create Hope, Change and Community, is an American Roman Catholic sister, lawyer, poet and outspoken activist for social justice. She travels cross-country with her Nuns On the Bus Tours rallying support for social programs benefitting the poor and middle-class and advocating for change from affordable healthcare to immigration reform.
