Don’t miss a BRAND NEW episode of The Women’s Eye podcast with Catherine Anaya as I talk with Lisa Doromal, Founder and CEO of Dress for Success Phoenix. You can now check out our vidcast of the chat below!
Like many nonprofit organizations across the country, Dress for Success Phoenix has had to shut its doors as a result of the COVID-19 health crisis.

It’s been a labor of love for Lisa from day one. She chats with me about how she went from feeling isolated as a stay-at-home mom to starting up the Phoenix affiliate 12 years ago.
While the pandemic presents its own set of unique circumstances for Lisa and the staff now, they are surviving, working from home and pivoting to virtually continue providing the programs and services to its women clients.

Dress for Success Phoenix does more than provide professional clothing for women entering the workforce.
The organization has a 70% retention employment rate. Lisa tells me about how that translates into women being able to change the trajectory of their lives and the lives of their children.
Find out how you can help Dress for Success Phoenix continue to help women find professional and financial independence at a time when the community needs it more than ever.
Take a look at our vidcast of the the conversation with Lisa and Catherine.
