The 2014 Olympic Winter Games In Sochi
Ended As They Began With Beautiful Pageantry

The closing ceremony paid tribute to the athletes as well as
to the art, ballet, writers and music of Russia.

 

The Games ended with the Russian Bear entering the stadium accompanied by Big Hare
and Big Leopard. Thousands of children with yellow flowers surrounded them
as Big Bear blew out the flame and shed a tear. Fireworks brought an end to the
2014 Olympics as the torch has now been passed to South Korea in 2018.
